JIMS was incorporated with an idea..... a philosophy...... of imparting education and skills of the highest standard to students so that they may become effective managers encouraged to. We at JIMS believe that learning is a continuous and dynamic process. Learning for our students is not confined to classrooms. We strive to make our students mature professionals who receive academic input from a highly qualified experienced and versatile faculty and are given industry exposure to latest trends and developments in the corporate realm with the aid of Industrial Visits, Guest Lectures, and Workshops etc. The curriculum is devised in a way that it gives them thorough understanding of all streams in management with focus on international business. JIMS students are given not only an academics but capable of handling complex problems in a harmonious and ethical manner organize and participate in various cultural events. A Dandiya Nite, A Talent competition orientation, Sports event like a cricket match etc. are some such events which were organized by the institute and the students in the current academic year. The participation of the students in extra curricular activities not only provides them with breathing space from the academic rigour but also sensitizes them to the need for Effective Teamwork and Efficient Organizing Skills.

We hope that the spirit which is infused in our students will be put to use to the fullest extent wherever they go. We believe that, our students would not only prove to be an asset to an organization, but also move on to become torch bearers.
