Events Organised under, Event Management
1. “Purani Jeans” on 28th October, 2009 was organized by 5th Semester
students. This was a NGO based even where three NGOs were invited to participate
and perform in the college. Donations were made to NGO’s in form of clothing and
accessories of daily use. The hand made materials of NGOs were put up on display
and sold in the college premises. Mr. Ramesh Kumar came as the chief Guest for
the event.
2. “JIMS FIESTA” as organized on 30th October 2009 by 5th Semester
student. Here the competitions for Jewelry designing, collage making, face
painting and tattoo making were held. Mrs. Balesh Sharma the artist displayed
here paintings & judged the event. To add flavor to event the studio was created
by BJMC 5th Semester students where instant photos were taken and childhood
photos were displayed to go down the memory lane.
3. Travel-Learn Programme (TLP)
A group of BJMC final year students numbering 34 with two teachers travelled to
GOA to participate in international film festival of India during the period
21st November- 27th November, 2009.They found the exposure highly interesting of
great educational value.
