From Chairman’s Desk

Dear Student

Traffic Stress is a very common phenomenon in big cities. A very large number of growing vehicles on the roads is a major reason for this stress. Although once we are on the road in our vehicles, having our own way is not possible. Weoften get struck in frequent jams. This causes some level of helplessness and stress. We can reduce traffic stress by adhering to few basic rules. We must follow traffic rules and drive safe. Disciplined driving is a virtue. It is important to drive without anger and also have lot of patience while driving. We can develop the habit of setting out on our journey reasonably early and reach ahead of time. Deep breathing and wrist exercises during a traffic jam help us to remain calm. Setting off with positive thoughts and attitude also helps in having a less frustrating drive. We should think of ways to occupy ourselves during a traffic jam to avoid any restlessness. Listening to good music or an audio book helps to distract from the stress from the road.
