Prabandhan- The management club of JIMS Vasant Kunj hosted yet another marvelous event in an endeavor to get their students out from their comfort zones to battle it all out with each other and students from various other colleges. The session was inaugurated by Dr.Ravi.K.Dhar ,Director ,JIMS VK who had set the theme of discussion by giving an introductory speech on the topic “G20 and its Impact on Global Economy Landscape”. Sir threw light on the relevance of G20 which has brought together the world's major and most dominant economies together for one cause. He also highlighted that G20 members represent 85% of global GDP, 75% of international trade and two-thirds of the world's population. Director Sir also emphasized on India being an active member in G20 meetings and the leadership role of the country in several areas, such as promoting inclusive growth, increasing investment in infrastructure, and strengthening financial regulation. It was indeed a great kick start for the session; Dr. Dhar motivated the students to enthusiastically commensurate with the competitions.
