Department of Management Studies organized a Guest Lecture on 20th August, 2019 for first year (Morning shift) students of BBA. Guest lecture was on "Self Management: key to be happy and be successful" conducted by Mr. Nitin Goel, Corporate Trainer. Mr. Nitin Goel starting off with a small question “do we properly introduce ourselves?” and then giving students few tips on how to properly introduce yourself to others. He further went on and gave a definition of management, that was “MANAGE MEN Tactfully” and elaborated that before managing others we have to manage ourselves, have the courage to change and should never criticize. He shared the mantra he used in his life, long ago, that was HHW (Health, Hobby and Wisdom) and focused on how important is to inculcate work life balance in one’s life, and also that learning never ends, every day we have to develop and learn something. The session ended with a beautiful quote “if they can change, I can change, I will change.”
