Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) of JIMS Vasant Kunj organized a session on 9th November 2022 on the topic “My Story-Motivational session By Successful Entrepreneur/Startup Founder” with Ms. Krishna Sharma, Founder, and Sutradhar, Backbencher Solutions LLP. The session started with a warm welcome and introduction of Ms. Krishna Sharma. During the session the students performed a small activity in which they were asked to write 2 critical points that they faced in daily life and were divided into teams of 10, further a team leader was picked from each team for a questionnaire. The speaker was a source of motivation for the students. She shared an encouraging story of “Ant and the Grasshopper” which inspired the students to work hard. she discussed various perspectives of life to change the mindset towards the goals like respecting yourself, celebrating the small achievement, and having some gratitude, etc. she discussed the importance of hard work in life which brings optimism into life and such constructive changes can make once life brighter and successful with this the session was ended and provided students with a wealth of knowledge and motivation. At the end of the session, there was a Q&A round with Ms. Krishna Sharma.
