NOTICE : Admission 2021-22

Reporting of students for Admission in BBA/BCA/BA(JMC) Programme

Candidates who have been allotted seats in Jagannath International Management School, Vasant Kunj in BBA/BCA/BA(JMC) Programme after online counselling by GGSIP University shall report to the institute for admission and payment of balance fee and document verification from 13th to 18th November, 2021 between 10.00 AM to 4.00 PM (Sunday is also working day).

  • Candidates are required to bring their original documents from 10thClass onwards for verification.In the absence of mandatory documents of proof of eligibility for admission in a programme, the candidature shall be cancelled.
  • Candidates are required to bring self-attested ONE SET of the following documents in same order for submission in the Institute:

    a) Admit Card of CET – 2021(In case if original is lost then copy of FIR)

    b) Provisional Allotment Letter

    c) Receipt of Part Academic Fee Rs. 40000/-

    d) 10th Mark sheet (Photocopy)

    e) 10th Passing Certificate (Photocopy)

    f) 12th Mark sheet (Photocopy)

    g) 12th Passing Certificate (Photocopy)

    h) Character Certificate in Original not more than 6 (six) months old.

  • Candidates are required to fill the online Google Form for providing their personal information. The links are given below:

  • After verification of documents, candidates are required to deposit the balance fee at the institute which includes tuition fee, university charges, student activity fee, placement activity fee and security (refundable). The amount to be deposited is as follows:

  • Admission will be confirmed only after submission of balance fee. In case a student fails to report to the Institute by 4.00 PM on 18th November, 2021 and/or does not deposit the balance fee, his/her seat will fallen vacant and the vacancy will be intimated to GGSIP University to be filled up through Spot Counselling.
  • Note regarding Safety norms
  • The institute strictly follows the safety and social distancing norms of COVID – 19 Pandemic. All classrooms, corridors, staircase have been sanitized. Arrangement of thermal scanning of students and their parents accompanying with them have been made at the entry gate. Sanitizing machines have been kept at various places in the campus. Students will not be allowed to use the lift for the safety purpose.
  • As a part of safety measures students shall wear masks and carry hand sanitizers when they come to the institute for seeking admission. We request that only one parent/guardian may accompany the student to avoid crowding at the campus.
