From Chairman’s Desk

Dear Student,
We are already in the midst of the Summer season this year. When this season arrives we have to take care of certain things. To start with, we have to stay hydrated. We must drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep the body functioning properly. We must also take the advantage of the abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables that are in season during the summer as they are packed with essential nutrients. With more time spent outdoors, it’s crucial to protect the skin from the sun’s harmful rays and prevent sunburn.
Also take time for self-care activities that help you relax and recharge. We can use the change in seasons as an opportunity to declutter and organize our living space. Clearing out unnecessary items and creating a more streamlined environment can help reduce stress and improve productivity.
We can take advantage of the longer days in summer season to establish or maintain healthy habits. Whether it’s exercising regularly, eating nutritious meals, or getting enough sleep, prioritize the health and well being.
By taking good care of yourselves and the surroundings in the summer, you can set yourself up for a season filled with happiness, health, and vitality.
