The Placement Cell, in collaboration with the Department of Information Technology and IQAC, organized a guest lecture on “Campus to Corporate: Industry Expectations” for BCA students on 24th April 2026. The session was conducted by Ms. Tanmeet Kaur, Senior Project Engineer at Wipro and an alumna of JIMS Vasant Kunj.

The lecture focused on preparing students for the transition from academic life to the corporate world. Ms. Kaur shared her professional journey, experiences with Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP), and valuable insights into internships, placements, technical skill development, time management, and career planning.

The interactive session provided students with practical exposure to industry expectations and motivated them to prepare effectively for their future careers.
