The Department of Media and Communication Studies, in collaboration with the Aakriti Club, JIMS Vasant Kunj, successfully organized PRISM 2026 – Film and Photography Festival, providing a creative platform for aspiring filmmakers and photographers to showcase their talent and technical expertise.

The festival began with an inaugural ceremony and an inspiring address by Dr. Meenakshi Narula, Director, JIMS Vasant Kunj. Insightful sessions by Mr. Ashutosh Raj and Mr. Deepanshu Sehgal, Founder and Producer at Alpha Films, offered valuable perspectives on storytelling, production aesthetics, and visual creativity.

The event featured screening categories including Short Films, Vertical Videos, and Long Films, along with an engaging Bollywood Quiz. The festival concluded with an interactive session by RJ Harii and an award ceremony recognizing excellence across categories. PRISM 2026 successfully promoted creativity, learning, and industry exposure among students.
