The Department of Media and Communication Studies, JIMS Vasant Kunj, organized an interactive session with Radio City on 9 September 2026 on “Career in Radio: Jockeying, Techniques and Style”. Conducted by RJ Arjun, the session introduced students to the role of a Radio Jockey and highlighted the importance of confidence, communication, spontaneity, and personality in radio.

Students actively participated by showcasing their talents and interacting with the RJ. Selected performances and interactions were recorded for the GenZ-focused radio show “CAMPUS FM”, giving students practical exposure to content creation and radio engagement. The session encouraged students to express themselves confidently and provided valuable insights into career opportunities in radio and broadcasting.
