First Aid to animal

Rotaract Club of JIMS, Vasant Kunj with District Project Saahas organised a session on Basic First Aid to Animals, on 20th October  2023 at JIMS, Vasant Kunj. Mr. Partyaksh Sharma, General Secretary, Gau Seva Dham Hospital, Hodal was the eminent speaker for the event who delivered beautiful inputs on varied ways to provide medical aid to injured animals like cows and seeking help for further treatment. An audience of 130 students attended the session and the session was also live streamed on the JIMS YouTube channel, where more than 500 people watched the stream. The hospital also distributed free medical kits to a few people from the audience, which can be used for basic medical treatment of both animals and humans. After the session ended, an interview with Mr. Partyaksh Sharma was broadcasted on Community Radio JIMS, Vasant Kunj 90.4 MHz, which covered a radius of 5km.
